HELP Family Service Centre @ Ang Mo Kio celebrated its annual Parent's Day this year on 2nd May 2009, Saturday. This annual event is held in conjunction with Mother's Day and with the intent of spreading the festive's joy to its members who are single parents.

PrimaDéli is proud to be part of this year's celebration. During the afternoon's tea break, we specially packed 25 sets of pastries and cakes for the 25 families who turned up for the event. The participants were happy to receive the pastry sets after an afternoon of games and interactions.

After a screening of a show at night, we arranged for our signature yellow van with CareBear design to deliver one Mother's Day cake each to the 25 families. This was our very own Mother's Day creation - Chocolat L'amour. The participants, adults and children, could then bring home the cakes and have their own private celebrations. This came as a wonderful surprise to the crowd.

The joyful looks and words of gratifying thanks made it all worthwhile for our efforts in this event. What mattered most was to spread the joy and happiness around in what we can do at PrimaDéli.
