Ordering

1. Place your orders through the Dial-A-Cake Hotline at 6276 3333 (8.30am-5.00pm Mon-Sun) or any PrimaDéli bakery.

3. Table of Delivery Charges
   FREE Delivery to one location for order $120 nett and above. (Charges apply for specific timing.)

   Delivery charges are based on one destination.
   Delivery is free for orders exceeding $120 nett per destination, but will not be available for festive period.* Specific timing charge is still applicable for orders exceeding $120 nett per destination.
   *Festive Periods refer to 3 days leading to Chinese New Year, Chinese New Year, 3 days leading to Mother’s Day, Mother’s Day, 3 days leading to Mid-Autumn Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, 3 days leading to Christmas Day, Christmas Day. Delivery timing will be subject to changes during festive periods. PH refers to Public Holiday. No specific time is allowed.
   *Home Delivery timing is only available from 9:30 am – 12:30pm on the eve of Chinese New Year.
   
   
4. Please place your delivery orders at least 24 hours in advance before delivery time. For peak seasons like Mother’s Day or Christmas, it is advisable to place your orders as early as possible.
   
   
5. Cakes on promotion are valid provided the minimum order requirement is satisfied.
   
   
6. PrimaDéli reserves the right to accept or reject any orders, including request for specific timing.
   

Prices and Payment

1. Payment must be made in full upon ordering. Only Visa, Mastercard or American Express will be accepted.
   
   
2. Prices quoted are based on standard cake flavours (chocolate or vanilla) and are inclusive of GST. Extra charges will be levied accordingly for changes made to choice of fillings, shape or colour.
   
   
3. Discount coupons and privilege cards including the Prima Card are not valid for delivery orders unless otherwise indicated.
   
   
4. Extra changes will be levied for changing shape of cake and to have additional filling.

Cancellation or Amendments

1. No cancellation or amendments are allowed 1 day before delivery date.
   
   
2. Cancellation charges
   - A 50% cancellation charge will be imposed if request for cancellation is submitted 2-3 days from date of delivery.
   
   - A $5 cancellation charge will be imposed for cancellation requests submitted more than 3 days before date of delivery (except for customised cakes).
   
   
3. Amendments:
   - A $5 amendment charge will be imposed for each and every request for amendment.
   - All amendment requests must be submitted at least 2 days before date of delivery.

Delivery and Acceptance

1. Delivery service is available daily. The exact time of delivery cannot be fixed but PrimaDéli will endeavour to deliver within the selected delivery timing.

   Delivery A: 9.30am - 12.30pm
   Delivery B: 1.30pm - 4.30pm
   Delivery C: 5.00pm - 8.00pm


2. In the event that there is no recipient or no one at home/office to receive the cake, the cake will be sent to the nearest PrimaDéli bakery for self-collection by the customer.
   
   
3. Cakes delivered must be checked and shall be deemed accepted if no errors/discrepancies are raised immediately upon delivery. PrimaDéli reserves the right not to entertain any further complaints thereafter.
   
   
4. Cake designs and general appearances are subject to slight variations and availability of seasonal fruits/decorative accessories.
   
   
5. While PrimaDéli endeavours to fulfil all deliveries, PrimaDéli shall not be liable or responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver the products ordered due to unforeseen circumstances beyond control.
   
   
6. PrimaDéli reserves the right to change the delivery timing.
   
   
7. We deliver to all locations within Singapore except BBQ pits, Jurong Island and Islands of Singapore e.g. St John Island, Pulau Ubin etc.

General Terms & Conditions

1. All prices quoted are based on standard cake flavours (chocolate and vanilla).
   
   
2. Cake designs and general appearances are subject to slight variations and availability of seasonal fruits/decorative accessories.
   
   
3. Other sizes may be available depending on design.
   
   
4. For cakes below 3kg, 2 days advance notice is required. For cakes 3kg and above, 4 days advance notice is required. Advance notice required is subject to cake design and flavours.
   
   
5. No cancellation is allowed on confirmed orders 48 hours before collection time.
   
   
6. All deposits are non-refundable.
   
   
7. Each amendment on confirmed orders is subject to a $5 surcharge and will be accepted on a case-to-case basis with a minimum of 48 hours advance notice.
   
   
8. Prices, terms and conditions, cake designs and wordings are subject to change without prior notice.
   
   
9. No customised cake inscriptions for all cakes less than 1 kg.
   
   
10. All orders are subject to acceptance by PrimaDéli.
